--Reflection 17:50, 29 November 2006 (EST): I have a request for information if anyone has some insight to provide. I want to make the following changes to oblivion:
Sleep/Wait Mod:[edit | edit source]
1) Over-ride the rest/sleep/wait popup.
2) Advance time faster (including NPC movement and animations)
Basically the goal here is to allow waiting time to pass by faster, but not to be skipped over. The waiting time speed should be arround 4 to 8 times faster than normal. Sleeping can still work as normal, but would require the use of a bed.
Menu-Mode Mod:[edit | edit source]
1) Over-ride the default menu mode to be allways off except when pressing escape (main menu)
2) Continue game play and rendering in background when menus are open.
I hate that I can just open my inventory and organize my 'Phat Loot', drink a couple potions, change my armor, read a book. And no time has passed. I tryed playing around with the menu-mode flag (ie/ if it's 1 make it 0) but that just crashed Oblivion with a buffer overload.
