Other than that, I discovered this site when I decided to work on an Oblivion mod and here I am. Currently, I have a concept for a mod (see above under mods) that will hopefully pan out into a nice little add-on with a couple new spells and a few new items & creatures. That and I am trying to use pre-existing items in unique ways in order to create a different 'feel' while maintaining friendliness to the original build. Which is not to say that making new textures is wrong, its just not something I am comfortable doing at the moment.
Update: I have just started to learn modelling with 3ds Max. It is proving challenging and rewarding at the same time since it allows for the creation of unique items and new interpretations of existing models.
