This, along with DeathForceForceMin, determines how much force is allowed when someone dies. Basically, if you set the minimum and maximum to uber-high values (such as 10,000), your enemies will go flying when you kill them. Same as other values, the force will be calculated normally, then the game will check these values; if the forcemax is lower than what's calculated, the maximum value set here will be used.
