Description	Light Armor allows you to use Light armor. Stealth and Ranged characters usually wear light armor.
Governing attribute	Speed
Perks	Journeyman Slower degrading armor. Expert No encumbrance when wearing light armor. Master 50% Extra armor rating when wearing ONLY light armor pieces.
