Can someone who knows about this update the syntax? It's been said that you can use this on individual targets (such as creatures) but there's no mention here of how to do that.
The console command "TCL" can be used on references by clicking on them with the console open. However, the OBSE command "con_TCL" cannot be used on references. This disables global collision. I have tested this in one of my own mods and, even though it will compile, reference.con_TCL does not disable collision on the reference. --Appler 22:11, 27 February 2010 (EST)
