Essentially I removed it for the same reason bylines are no longer allowed on the wiki - they create ownership for a page and create an atmosphere where someone has to ask themselves if they're good enough before editing. And really, the same goes for all pages but we don't need to warn people - if they make a mistake it can be rolled back and/or corrected.--[[User:Haama|Haama]] 14:06, 3 April 2008 (EDT)
:I disagree, strongly.  Anyone is welcome to edit the page so long as they ''know what they're doing.''  The point isn't to try and claim ownership, it's to let people know that they're jumping into to something significantly more complex than a normal page.--[[User:Speedo|Speedo]] 15:28, 3 April 2008 (EDT)
