I had just assumed that, in game, when you trap a grand soul into a BLACK SOUL GEM, that it puts a BlackSoulGemFilled into your inventory. I'm realizing now that this is not the case, as when I use a script to check if a container has a BlackSoulGemFilled, it returns false (under seemingly true conditions.) I also realized that the CS does not account for Black Soul Gems filled with lesser than grand souls.

I now figure that the filled Black Soul Gems are dynamically generated... is there, then a way to reference them via a script?

I have to say, I'm not entirely certain this accurate. I'd have to check, but I'm fairly certain I enchanted a sword with a charge of 1800 from a Grand Soul. --Webstalor 03:01, 15 July 2008 (EDT)
