A command for Oblivion Script Extender

Syntax:

(magicSchool:short) GetNthEffectItemScriptSchool magicItem:ref whichEffect:short

(magicSchool:short) GetNthEISSchool magicItem:ref whichEffect:short

Returns the school of the scripted effect item.
