Defaults?

I like the cosmetic changes but it would be a good idea to add the default values of the settings. I will add them later if no one has. Also, one reason the category was listed is so that you can get to the settings category from this page, without the category set there isn't a link to [[:Category:Settings] on this page. I'm hoping eventually (once all the settings are described) we can work out a better system that uses categories, perhaps break it into sub-cats with Category:Settings_Integer, etc?
