I basically just thrown this together the best I could. I am sure someone will come by that can improve this page more and understand the program much better then me. Feel free to add subtract change or anything that you feel should be placed else where. I am just trying to set up and make changes to different areas of the wiki trying to get all aspects covered so that others may find useful information about anything pertaining to modifying TES4 Oblivion.
