Hey all oblivion players i am new to this mod part so i am a noob at this and i want to make a mod but i dont know how to.I am wondering if u can make a mod on the ps3

This is a little bit about my character in oblibion -Wood Elf -Level 42 -masters of Thieves Guild,Mages Guild,Fighters Guild,Dark Brother Hood,Knights of Nine,Arena and other small groups. -Completed main quests -Have 3 other characters -all level 40+

So if u need advice or stuck on anything i have completed it 4 times! and I have a good memery so i am the person to ask but not mods though! I need help on that
