I have a problem about the dialog...

I have a problem about the dialog, I click the RECORD sound button and when I have finish click DONE, then I click SAVE and GENERATE LIP-SYNC, save the .esp, but during the game the NPC is mute and the topic is too short for see and the lip-sync. What problem I have?

Is my PC, or my actions?
