Creating Pools of water in exterior cells
Hello this is lostFox here and I'm going to tell you how to create/raise pools of water in exterior cells since I've noticed nobody else has (To the best of my knowledge).
OK! First find the cell Your wishing to make a pool of water at. My location is AnviltownCenter (-47,-8)
right click on the AnviltownCenter(-47,-8) in the "Cell View" window and click edit. Now a new window named "Cell" appears with a list of cell names and the one you just clicked on highlighted. Go to water level and type in the height you desire (I'm going to raise mine to 300)then set the variant of water you wish to appear ingame(or just leave it alone) and click "Apply" in the bottom left of the "Cell" window. Congrats! You just made a pool of water have a cookie, but wait 30 minutes before you swim in your new found wetness. :D
