A command for Oblivion Script Extender

Syntax:

(quality:float) [ref.]GetQuality objectID:ref

Returns the quality level of the calling reference or passed objectID.

Apparatus Quality Levels:
 .10:   Novice
 .25:   Apprentice
 .50:   Journeyman
 .75:   Expert
 1.0:   Master
