FBlinkUpTime

Description	This setting refers to the amount of time, in seconds, it takes the characters eyelids to go from down to up. The default is 0.17 seconds. Descreasing the setting means that the eyelids snap up rather quickly; decreasing it means that the eye opening is a much slower process.
Default value	0.170

Note: this setting only controls one action (up), not two like BlinkDownTime (down and waiting periods).
