The percentage chance that an NPC or the player will utter one of the voices defined under the Combat->Power Attack tab of the Generic quest when executing a power attack. Defaults to 1.0. Power Attack voices are never used while the actor is sneaking or weilding a weapon type other than Blade or Blunt. Can be useful for detecting power attacks performed by the player.
