GIMP

Description	GIMP is an acronym for GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a freely distributed program for such tasks as photo retouching, image composition and image authoring. This tool can be used in lieu of Adobe Photoshop for the creation of Direct Draw Surface (DDS) textures when combined with the DDS Plugin below.
