A command for Oblivion Script Extender

Syntax: 

(soulLevel:short) GetCurrentSoulLevel

Returns the current soul level of the calling reference. 

Soul Level:
 0:    None
 1:    Petty
 2:    Lesser
 3:    Common
 4:    Greater
 5:    Grand
