Description	Light Armor allows you to use Light armor. Stealth and Ranged characters usually wear light armor.
Governing attribute	Speed
Perks	Novice Armor degrades at 150% of normal rate. Apprentice Armor degrades at 100% of normal rate. Journeyman Armor degrades at 50% of normal rate. Expert No encumbrance when wearing light armor. Master 50% Extra armor rating when wearing ONLY light armor pieces.
