This is a command from NifSE.
Syntax
(bool:success) NiAlphaPropertySetTestState bool:testState short:nifID short:blockID (bool:success) NiAlphaPropSetTestState bool:testState short:nifID short:blockID
Sets whether or not the NiAlphaProperty specified by blockID has alpha testing turned on. If on, the alpha test function will be used to compare each pixel's alpha value to the threshold. If the function is true, the pixel will be drawn, otherwise it will not.
The default value of blockID, 0, indicates the NIF's root, a NiNode. NiNode blocks are not derived from NiAlphaProperty, so this function will always require an explicit blockID.
