A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.
Syntax:
(isPlayable:bool) reference.IsPlayable2 objectID:ref
Returns whether the specified object is playable or not. If the object is of a type which cannot be flagged as playable in the editor, this function returns true. Use IsPlayable for a difference behaviour.
