A command for Oblivion Script Extender

Syntax:

(soulLevel:short) GetSoulLevel objectID:ref

Returns the soul level currently in the soul gem.

Soul Level:
 0:    None
 1:    Petty
 2:    Lesser
 3:    Common
 4:    Greater
 5:    Grand
