::Ok, I'm not sure who edited this lesson, but they have cut out every table/box in the lesson as a result, I don't see how any one could complete this lesson at all. I was asked to remove my byline and effectively surrender my control of these lessons to the 'Wiki' world. I was reluctant to do so but agreed. However, It is important that those who choose to edit these lesson at least have some idea of what is going on in them. It's depressing to read that a lot of formating has occurred without someone reading it. I have little time at the moment to fix the damage done, but I will try to sort it out when I can.

Also needs headings, probably needs to be checked for formatting and grammar (honestly haven't looked too closely at that). Since it is a long guide, feel free to do what you can and report here on what was done.
