A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.
Syntax:
(Map/StringMap) ar_Map key value key2 value2 ... key20 value20
Creates a Map or Stringmap given a list of 0-20 key-value pairs. Pairs are specified as 'key::value', where 'key' is a string or numeric value and 'value' is a string, number, array, or form.
