A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.
Syntax:
(list:Array) ar_List element0:multi element1:multi element2:multi ... element19:multi
Takes up to twenty arguments of any type and returns an Array containing those elements in the order in which they were passed. We recommend separating the values with commas (starting after the first argument).
