The correct definition is yet to be seen. When put to 1.0000, what seems to happen is that all of your shots are like power shots, meaning that you don't have to wait. I was just clicking away, not holding on to anything, yet the arrows still landed at the same place they would've if I had held it. Using this method, you can actually shoot arrows machine gun style, one right after another, though not recommended as it wastes your arrows | ||
