Nonfunctional?

I can't seem to get this setting to do anything. I've set it to various numbers with no result. I know OOO has it set to 120, not sure if that does anything. The mod is loaded last in the load order, can't figure out what's not working.

Enchantment costs are based on different formulae for weapons and for apparel. For weapons:
Enchantment Cost * fEnchantmentEffectPointsMult + Item Charge * fEnchantmentPointsMult
For apparel:
Effect Magnitude = (Base Cost * Constant Effect Enchantment Factor * Soul Level [1,2,3,4,5])
                   + fMagicCEEnchantMagOffset

Enchantment Cost = Effect magnitude * Barter Factor
Technically, these are the values added on to the value of the base item when you're looking to buy/sell an enchanted item. If I remember correctly, this is the same as the cost of the enchantment itself, but I could be wrong.
In short, as far as I know, yes, fEnchantmentGoldMult does nothing.
