Nonfunctional?[edit source]
I can't seem to get this setting to do anything. I've set it to various numbers with no result. I know OOO has it set to 120, not sure if that does anything. The mod is loaded last in the load order, can't figure out what's not working. --Quetzilla
- Enchantment costs are based on different formulae for weapons and for apparel. For weapons:
Enchantment Cost * fEnchantmentEffectPointsMult + Item Charge * fEnchantmentPointsMult
- For apparel:
Effect Magnitude = (Base Cost * Constant Effect Enchantment Factor * Soul Level [1,2,3,4,5]) + fMagicCEEnchantMagOffset Enchantment Cost = Effect magnitude * Barter Factor
- Technically, these are the values added on to the value of the base item when you're looking to buy/sell an enchanted item. If I remember correctly, this is the same as the cost of the enchantment itself, but I could be wrong.
- In short, as far as I know, yes, fEnchantmentGoldMult does nothing.
