In the bsa is a photoshop file named "load_troll.psd" with the frame-elements used by the original loadscreens.
Anyway did you actually get the game to display new loadscreens? I thought nobody accomplished this so far.--JOG 00:32, 20 June 2006 (EDT)
- Yes.--Snake 02:22, 20 June 2006 (EDT)
- Well, how about explaining how?
- Maybe in this forum-thread? http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=474813&hl=

Well, if they work, then I congratulate you! And thanks for sharing this info on the Wiki. And I want to thank you for doing all the research and experimentation to find this out. The Imperial Dragon 13:14, 20 June 2006 (EDT)
i know i can replace loading screens. i'm unsure of whether or not new ones can be added.--Snake 20:00, 20 June 2006 (EDT)
Here, could you provide a link to download your screen and I'll see what I can do? The Imperial Dragon 03:21, 21 June 2006 (EDT)
i can confirm now that adding your own loading screens is possible. i'll have more information on the article shortly.--Snake 04:25, 21 June 2006 (EDT)
- Case sensitive? New loadscreens are case-sensitive while replacing old ones works fine with lower-case folders? Darn. I have to try that as once. Thanks for doing the research-work ;) --JOG 10:26, 21 June 2006 (EDT)
- from what i can tell, i think it has to do with the CS. because if you just add a loadscreen from any folder in textures, it goes to the loadscreen category. but if you add it from Menus\Loading, it goes to the subcategories Menus>Loading. it does this same tomfoolery when adding static models, etc., too. what tipped me off was when i noticed that all the default texture paths were using caps.--Snake 10:40, 21 June 2006 (EDT)
- Could you explain what you do in that macro, then I could try to reproduce it in Photoshop...--JOG 11:02, 21 July 2006 (EDT)
