Definitely not. :)  The Morrowind CS is the entire reason I didn't get into modding until Oblivion.  Sorry.

All of this is for Oblivion so far, where is something that will help me with the morrowind version?

There is a help file included with the CS for Morrowind, just drag down the Help list from the toolbar. The Imperial Dragon 22:50, 3 October 2006 (EDT)

That's pretty much why Beth made this for Oblivion - they knew they couldn't spend the time required to write up good documentation, so they openned it up to the community to write as information is learned. Modders tend to learn far more about the CS than the developers do, because we're trying to do things it wasn't meant to do.
Anyway, try the Elder Scrolls Forums - Morrowind Construction Set for help. There're lots of tutorials on the Internet for it, too, though they can be hard to find if you don't know where to look - the stickied threads in the CS forum are an excellent place to look.
