The NetImmerse Block Editor (short: NIBLE) is a tool to edit *.nif 3d-meshfiles. The NIBLE analyzes the block structure of the files (hence the name Block Editor) and allows you to edit some properties of identified data blocks. In recent versions, the tool implements properties of subblocks into their parent's interface, lowering the level of structure understanding users need to efficiently alter NIFs. Another new feature is the conversion between (simple) Morrowind- and Oblivion files, creating Havok information from Morrowinds RootCollisionNode. Nible comes with a block library for inserting things like particles or texture animation.
