Is there any way to add items to an NPC or creature's inventory tab in the construction set. I can only seem to delete items.
- Just drag and drop the item into the inventory. You can change the quantity by clicking on the number twice. Also, please sign your posts on the wiki with the signature button above or --~~~~.--Haama 09:43, 3 December 2007 (EST)
Not sure if this is the place to ask, so please forgive & direct me... I am also trying to add equipment to my npcs from other mods (.esp) that I've loaded along with the oblivion file. However, when I save/close/reopen, I find that my npcs are naked because I used equip from a mod as oppose to the oblivion file. Any item I use from the oblivion file is ok, but equipment from mods just disappear. And yes, I load the mod in both CS and when I play under Data Files. Help!
- That's generally a rough situation. Oblivion doesn't handle inter-mod-dependence like that very well. I'd recommend Mod De-isolation tutorial, which may help, but doesn't exactly apply to your situation.
- If it's a personal mod, you might also try selecting each of the objects you want to use, going to the Edit screen (double-click on them), and hitting OK to save them (they should get a * next to the Count). That will add them to your mod, and should make them work correctly when added to NPCs.
