I just found these tools for making bink files. I dont know if anyone else has seen them yet. I think there is probably a lot that can be done with them and there should probably be a tutorial written on how to use them. If anyone knows how they work or has ideas, please feel free to write one if they have time.

- Just unzip the file to Oblivion/Data/Video and use PlayBink “SpinOblivion.bik" in the console to view it.
