:Outdated, or was just never complete. That's embarrassing... but I can confirm that what you describe is the Preferences window that I'm seeing (CS v1.2, no OBSE). Most of it should hopefully be self-explanatory? That, or no one uses them... | |||

This preference page is a lot different from the one that I see when I load up the editor. As I see it, there's many tabs:
- Movement
- Reference Movement
- Movement Speed--Default is 1.00
