A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.

Syntax:

(activeItem:ref) GetActiveMenuSelection

Returns the item in the active menu over which the mouse is currently positioned

The return type varies depending on the active menu:

Active Menu Return value
Container Highlighted item
Inventory Highlighted item
Magic Highlighted spell
SpellPurchase Highlighted spell
