A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.

Syntax:

(object:ref) reference.GetNthActiveEffectBoundItem whichEffect:long 
(object:ref) reference.GetNthAEBoundItem whichEffect:long

Returns the base object associated with the specified Bound Item active effect.
