A command for Oblivion Script Extender

Syntax:

(numRefs:short) GetNumRefs type:short cellDepth:short

Returns the number of references in the current cell which match the optionally supplied type code. Use 69 for actors and 70 for inventory items. An optional cell depth can be specified for exteriors.

Example

short NumDoors
set NumDoors to (GetNumRefs 24 1)

Returns the number of doors in the player's current cell and the surrounding 8 cells.
