A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.

Syntax:

(modifier:float) GetPCSpellEffectivenessModifier

Returns the current value of the script modifier for player spell effectiveness. Subtract this value from the return value of Player.GetSpellEffectiveness to get the player's base spell effectiveness.
