A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.

Syntax:

(isControl:short) IsControl keyCode:short

Returns 1 if the specified key or mouse button is assigned to a game control, 2 if it has been registered as a custom control by a mod via SetIsControl, or 0 otherwise.
