This sounds exactly like how the Blind Moth Priests behave in the Thieves' Guild quests. The Imperial Dragon 12:13, 17 June 2006 (EDT)

This is because their script sets Blindness to 100 ;-) --JOG 12:35, 17 June 2006 (EDT)

Dragoon Wraith TALK 10:22, 29 June 2006 (EDT): Is there any way to set an NPC as blind, but with extremely good hearing? Could make for some interesting quests...
Try giving them a very high Sneak skill. This makes them better at detecting you based on the noise you're making. Scruggs 10:58, 29 June 2006 (EDT)

This article says that they cannot see you if you do not move, but if you're an Expert (or is it Master?) in Sneak, you supposedly do not make any sound - does this mean they cannot detect you even when you sneak with that level of Sneak skill?

Also, if you sneak into them, and are silent, or if they walk into you while you're sneaking, do they detect you then?

Does the intermediate values between 0 and 100 have some specific effect? - ZuTheSkunk 18:55, 4 June 2010 (EDT)
