A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.

Syntax:

(object:ref) reference.GetNthActiveEffectEnchantObject whichEffect:long 
(object:ref) reference.GetNthAEEnchantObject whichEffect:long

Returns the equipped enchanted object, if any, responsible for the specified active effect.
