The NetImmerse Block Editor (short: NIBLE) is a tool to edit *.nif 3d-meshfiles. The NIBLE analyses the block structure of the files (hence the name Block Editor) and allows to edit some properties of identified data blocks. In recent versions, the tool implemets properties of subblocks into their parent's interface, lowering the level of structure understanding users need to efficiently alter NIFs. Another new feature ist the conversion between (simple) Morrowind- and Oblivion files.

Description

The NetImmerse Block Editor (short: NIBLE) is a tool to edit *.nif 3d-meshfiles. The NIBLE analyses the block structure of the files (hence the name Block Editor) and allows to edit some properties of identified data blocks. In recent versions, the tool implemets properties of subblocks into their parent's interface, lowering the level of structure understanding users need to efficiently alter NIFs. Another new feature ist the conversion between (simple) Morrowind- and Oblivion files. Nible comes now with a block library for inserting things like particles or texture animation.
