A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.

Syntax:

(void) reference.Activate2 activator:ref runOnActivate:bool

Like the existing Activate command, causes a reference to be activated. The only difference is that this command circumvents the limit on recursive scripted activations of an object, allowing unlimited repeated processing of the target's OnActivate script block. Use with care as performance may degrade if a large number of calls to this command occur within a single frame.
