A command for Oblivion Script Extender

Syntax:

(enchantType:short) GetEnchantmentType objectID:ref

Returns the type of the enchantment.

Enchantment Type:
 0:    Scroll
 1:    Staff
 2:    Weapon
 3:    Apparel
