How do I make my own summon Npc

I want to make my own summonable Npc, I got the NPC already made, weapons, armor, stats, everything and even have it clicked on "Summonable" but I can't find it in the spell's summon list "Ex. Summon Lich, Summon Ghost" So what am I doing wrong, or what do I need to do!

You need to create a new spell and write a script for it. You should check the Basic Scripting Knowledge tutorial and My First Spell tutorial to get a basic understanding of scripting and spell scripts. Altering the predefined Magic Effects can have unknown results depending on what you alter and what any other expansion (or mod) alters in the Magic Effects.
