Syntax:
ModFactionRank FactionID, modValue
Example:
ModFactionRank FightersGuild, 1
Modify the actor's rank in the faction by modValue. Note that this has no effect if the actor is not currently in the specified faction. Note also that it will never lower the rank below 0.
