Named scripts are created using the script editing window. They must be given a name using the scriptname command, and can use all the features of the TES scripting language.
Named scripts can be attached to objects, quests or magic effects. When a scripted object is placed in the world (i.e. a new object reference is created), that object will have its own copy of its script's variables. In this way, a single script can be used to track the state of multiple object references.
