A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.

Syntax:

(nothing) reference.SetCreatureSkill skillName:string   skillValue:int   creature:ref

Sets the value of one of the creature's skills. Pass "stealth", "magic", or "combat" as the skill name. The skill value must be between 0 and 255.
