Syntax:

(nothing) SetNthEffectItemScriptHostile isHostile:bool magicItem:ref whichEffect:short
(nothing) SetNthEISHostile isHostile:bool magicItem:ref whichEffect:short

Sets whether the scripted effect is hostile.
