A command for Oblivion Script Extender
Syntax:
(nothing) SetSpellMagickaCost nuMagickaCost:long spell:ref
Sets the magicka casting cost.

- This value can be changed but has no effect if the spell is marked AutoCalc. See IsMagicItemAutoCalc and SetMagicItemAutoCalc.
